Our architects are all fully RIBA chartered and have many years experience producing contemporary and traditional, residential buildings for design conscious customers. Our services are cost effective and presented in an easy to use menu style format. We provide a full service to ‘grand designers’ who wish to achieve exceptional standards of design quality, on time and within budget. We are equally happy to add a touch of inspiration to designs and secure consents for those on a more limited budget. We manage your design team for you and will coordinate input from structural engineers, eco assessors and other consultants. As standard we include a design stage detailed cost plan prepared by a quantity surveyor so that you stay in control of your costs. Interior Design
We work with space, light, finishes, furniture and accessories to create inspirational interiors that work for people and families on a practical level. Our interiors are bright, fresh and refined. We love to make bold contemporary statements but are equally at home combining period, vintage and modernist styles. Our architecture packages include an outline interior design service as standard. We will plan kitchens and bathrooms, provide furniture layouts, lighting plans and advise on finishes and fittings. We are also able to provide specialist design services as required and have excellent contacts with local craftsmen and designers. We design reception rooms, kitchens and family rooms, bathrooms and wet rooms, bedroom suites, home offices, nurseries and play rooms. Home Movers and Improvers
People often require quick cost effective, advice in conjunction with house moves. We will view properties and complete feasibility studies at short notice. We can quickly illustrate where there is potential to add value to a property and provide design, planning and cost advice. We also provide feasibility reports to house sellers seeking to illustrate their properties true potential and maximise sale values.
